THE PROJECT

A fully-developed 33-hectare (81 acres) residential farm subdivision, Tierra Maria offers large estate farm lots of 750 sq.m. to 1,200 sq.m. (8,000 sq.ft. to 12,900 sq.ft.) that provide ample space for relaxed living and ecological activities such as gardening and aquaculture.

LOCATION

Barangay Anilao, Lipa City, Batangas, Philippines.

Lipa City is located between and protected by two mountains - Mount Malarayat and Mount Makulot. These two mountains serve as wind-break in times of typhoon.

ELEVATION

About 335 meters (1,100 feet) above sea level, with naturally cool weather at an annual average temperature of 23 degrees centigrade.

ACCESS

Easily reached via the South Luzon Expressway and the STAR Tollway.

DISTANCE AND TRAVEL TIME

Distance is approximately 80 kilometers (50 miles) from Makati. Travel time is approximately 1 1/2 hours drive via the Star Tollway from Makati. The expansion of SLEX and its connection to the STAR Tollway will further reduce travel time in the future.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND TIERRA MARIA

Tierra Maria Estates is developed by Mary's Garden Realty. Its President, Mr. Antonio Montinola together with his family, started visiting Lipa City in the early 90's for prayer.

The Montinola family has been in land development since the 1970's in Silay City (Antilla and St. Francis Subdivisions) and Bacolod City (Villa Maria Reyna). It was then quite natural for them to seek a beautiful wooded area in Lipa for a subdivision, with the dream of providing a setting that would promote a tranquil lifestyle for the homeowners and enhance their health of mind, body and spirit. They saw the potential for all this in the property which is now Tierra Maria.
