| THE PEOPLE BEHIND
TIERRA MARIA |
| |
| Tierra Maria Estates is developed by
Mary's Garden Realty. Its President, Mr. Antonio Montinola together
with his family, started visiting Lipa City in the early 90's for
prayer. The Montinola family
has been in land development since the 1970's in Silay City (Antilla
and St. Francis Subdivisions) and Bacolod City (Villa Maria Reyna).
It was then quite natural for them to seek a beautiful wooded area
in Lipa for a subdivision, with the dream of providing a setting
that would promote a tranquil lifestyle for the homeowners and
enhance their health of mind, body and spirit. They saw the
potential for all this in the property which is now Tierra Maria.
